Our Path to Impact
WORKwise supports professionals in personal effectiveness and smart teamwork for positive impact. Our method develops awareness and equips individuals with new insights, mindsets, and tools to manage their work and collaborations with others with ease, improve quality and quantity while balancing work, family, and self.
It fosters team co-creation through gaining insights in each other’s communication and behavioural styles using the DISC methodology and cultural agility approach.

We will use various methods and tools, like your communication & behavioural style (DISC), models for teamwork, leading oneself, others and in the context, cultural dimension models, depending on the nature of your issue. The flow and contents of the programme will be adjusted as you proceed, in line with your particular needs and desires. It can be oriented towards personal leadership, team leadership, towards change management or relations management, or systems change.
