Approach
In our Grip-on-Work coaching programme we take professionals on a journey of self-discovery and a hands-on exploration of the principles of effective working, decision making, work organisation and communication.
Participants call it a holistic programme, with a focus on awareness of patterns and automatic habits in self and others. When awareness grows, the programme offers tools to implement the necessary changes. There are mental tools and principles, and very practical tools to use your system in a smarter way.
Our individual coaching programmes are very personalised and supported by an online learning platform with content, exercises, tools and reflection opportunities. The learning platform forms the link between the WORKwise coach and the participant.
