Challenge
The enterprises all had the same struggles:
- How to have alignment between strategy, structure, culture and the HR tools?
- How to find and maintain the right people, how to work effectively and how to enhance collaboration?
They were passionate and had a clear vision for their enterprise, but when they start to grow and become succesfull the not fitting structure and culture were giving a lot of distractions.
Approach
We started the training program with the management team and investigated and discussed together who they were as a person and as a leader. And how they worked together as management team. We defined together the strategy and values of the company and redesigned the structure.
After that we were capable to make a good fit with the HR tools. The most important tools to achieve the goals were the job descriptions (with responsibilities and output and competences) and the performance appraisal. Last but not least we worked on the individual development plans and a succession plan.
We used a lot of theories and practical examples from successful social enterprises and were inspired by Ricardo Semler, Simon Sinek and Brene Brown for example!
Outcomes
The result of each assignment as an action plan with concrete actions and advice for follow up. The clients were all happy because we managed together to experience in the training how every person (and team) has the ability to achieve the change you want to accomplish (with a little help) !
