InterCultural Agility empowers individuals to navigate cultural complexity with confidence and respect. At its core is a Self-Cultural Analysis—a process that recognizes each person as a unique cultural being, helping us move beyond stereotypes and understand others through their own cultural preferences.
In an increasingly interconnected world, where global teams and culturally diverse cities are the norm, the ability to interact across cultures is essential. InterCulturalAgility addresses this need by equipping professionals with a structured and memorable language to interpret and adapt to intercultural dynamics.
In combination with the mainstream psychometric tools like DiSC, ICA focuses on the hidden layers of cultural identity—our worldviews, values, and motivations. The KnowledgeWorkx framework, including The Three Colors of Worldview© and Cultural Mapping Inventory©, and the polarities of the 12 Cultural Dimensions© offers powerful, practical tools for developing deep cultural insight.
WORKwise developed and has administered successfully an online ICA training module, available as a stand-alone or could be integrated in tailor made programs. Through interactive online sessions and peer engagement, participants build awareness of their own cultural lenses and learn to recognize the lenses of others to develop attitudes and behaviors to bridge differences if any and communicate and function more effectively and appropriately. This training is ideal for those working in international or multicultural environments, and it begins with the essential step: understanding yourself first.
Like one of our participants said: InterCultural Agility isn’t just a skill—it’s a mindset for thriving in today’s globalized world.
