The owners of Health Control contacted us to work with the leadership on effective leadership, supporting their teams towards performance and individual effective working.
Approach
We started with an individual online intake with each leader. This helped us to hear their challenges in practical daily working life. We designed and delivered a tailor made programme for the leaders in Paramaribo on leadership, intercultural teamwork and attention to one’s personal planning and effectiveness.
