Renée Osté has worked 20 years in Africa and 20 in The Netherlands. Educated as psychologist and development specialist, she worked extentively in West and Central Africa and more recently in Asia. She is dedicated to self and team effectiveness as a means to contribute to system change.

Elvia van den Berg spent 15 years working and living in Africa and is now residing in The Netherlands. She worked with organisations in Africa, Asia and South America. She is educated in Cultural Anthropology and Change Management and her focus is on organisational change, teamwork, agile working and employee challenges.

Jyotsna Roy is a WORKwise Associate and a Social Scientist by training. Over more than three decades she has worked in developing and post-conflict countries for Institution Building and Capacity Strengthening, especially of women and youth. Belonging to a context in South Asia that is multicultural Jyotsna is aware of the challenges of working in cross cultural situations. Jyotsna Roy earned her Master’s degree in 'Study of Social Systems' (Sociology) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Presently she is registered in a PhD programme and is currently working on her synopsis. 

Her motto has always been You be your own Lamp.   

Hafida Tichtti is a WORKwise Associate with a mix of experiences and skills in the areas of well-being, vitality, and leadership. She is specialised in assisting  organizations and coaching leadership to enlarge well-being and reduce absenteeism of employees. She has worked across various sectors, always advocating for sustainable employability with a keen emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Her approach is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong focus on prevention, organizational DNA, and leadership styles.

 Hafida had a background in commercial economics, wellbeing, workconflict resolution, labour law and management of absenteeism.

Willemijn Doornbos is a WORKwise Associate and her goal is to support people in creating a happy and healthy work environment, where they can be their best and true self. She believes that everyone has unique qualities, and wants to help people by showing how they could deploy these to become more effective in their work.   

She is highly interested in cross-cultural communication and working in multicultural teams, and has experience working in different cultures within Europe. She is educated in Business Administration, and her focus is on continuous improvement, personal leadership and personal effectiveness.

Jeanne Abdulla is a WORKwise Associate and holds an MSc. in Cultural Anthropology and a Post graduate Diploma from the Netherlands Institute for International Relations at Clingendael. She has 25 years of experience working in the Middle East, Africa and across Europe on conflict transformation. Jeanne is a Deep Democracy Lewis method facilitator and experienced in intercultural and intergenerational challenges.

Nicole Doornbos is a WORKwise Associate and teamcoach. Her passion is to support people, teams and organisations in their search for their strengths. This creates ownership and fulfillment.  Nicole has a business background and is a certified teamcoach. She is curious and always finds the question behind the question.
