  • Gain 20% of time during work hours, for core tasks, reflection and strategic development
  • Learn how to use your online tools (Office, GSuite, Thunderbird) in the most effective way
  • Grow your self-management and personal leadership

 

 
For Individuals  & Teams


Individual professionals, both French and English speaking, can enrol individually into an online course. This will give access to an online learning environment, with modules, exercises and documentation, that can be used freely for 6 months. Right from the beginning, your program will be personalised with the help of a professional coach (online through  MSTeams or Zoom). The coach will be available for support and as a sparring partner during the process, that will take 3-5 months. The time investment is limited to reading the materials and the various coaching moments. For the rest it is mainly ´on the job´ experimenting and reflecting, based on decisions made during the coaching sessions.


The advantage of doing the Grip on Work Program as a team is that you develop common language around the process of working, and hence agree on how te best collaborate and use available tools.
